Music Can Relieve Stress

Stress is good, right? It allows you to deal with the many challenges we face in our daily life. Yet there are some not so good parts of stress. It can weaken your immune system, cause high blood pressure, not to mention many other ailments that come with this territory.

This isn’t a health class where we will go over details about stress, then quiz you later, adding to your stress. But how we manage and deal with that stress defines and reflects who we are as a human being. Some are better at it then others. Some have found what relieves their stress may add to another’s. The thing we have to learn is when we are under too much stress how to manage that stress and use techniques to conquer it.

Have you ever turned on a great song and felt your body relax? A wave of relief flooded over you, and you realized just how stressed you were. Music has such an amazing power over us. It speaks to our soul, and can melt the stress.

So if you know someone is struggling with a big change in their life, suggested a bird. Pets have been found to be therapeutic. Birds add something extra special, they can brighten the room with their vibrant colors and song. Giving company, and the healing power of music.
